Mr. Banerjee is disappointing continuously by taking such petty common issues not addressing the more vital current escalation issue of Junior Doctors Hunger Strike in West Bengal for 10 point demands(9 specially for the state government directly addressing systematic injustices, despotism, lawlessness, institutionalised corruption in State's Medical Colleges). 11 under currently "fast unto death" and conditions detoriating. 5 of them are in ICU!! Today is 14th day perhaps... Imagine then how will future generations aspire to become doctors when for demanding safety & genuine rights they are made to fought life & death. Still such absolute insensitivity ruthlessness callousness from the concerned State Government even after mass resignation of 250 senior doctors all over West Bengal. FEMA already issued a strict letter. IMA Organised a symbolic hunger strike in favour of WBJDF. This isn't just a state issue as it harms the nation too. National media is giving no coverage unlike local media giving it 24x7 coverage. This need narional outrage to create narional Pressure over such extreme insensitive WB Govt's current attitudes.

I've worked in Electric scooty Industry. I've found a list of problems in EVs in India. Most parts are from China, the Mark up price is huge, tech support isn't trained well enough to solve all problems especially when it stops at random spots, even our showroom had lots of to be repaired scooties and suppliers also can't resolve issues at times. Many scooties can't climb up a slope even though it's sold to customers saying that. If water goes in battery due to rains, even supplier doesnt take guarantee, new has to be purchased. Many don't have helmet spots or weight disturbution equally if it's a ultra small scooty. I know in and out of these scooties, y'all can ask any question if y'all want to.
yaa i have one what are the margins in it like on a fundamental level is this business even profitable assuming that you also have to fix some some not all of the vehicle and for a business to be profitable and what should be the price for that for example it the ev is 1lakh where the company can be profitable at what price it should be sold
Actually China's strategy to destroy India systematically is only supported by the government only. Otherwise why Ola like companies are having a field day?Sebi allowed a non profitable company to go for IPO ? one has to assess it with an open mind
As of now, EVs are good until there's any problem, all of them have issues with service due to the market being very new, poor regulatory laws, cheap chinese parts, heating issues with lithium batteries, etc and some being built by tech startups not experienced vehicle manufacturing companies. Early adopters of any new tech have such issues, not for us middle class folk. My suggestion: consider the new TVS Jupiter 110 too when you test ride iQube.
@@amandadsouza2281 I quit the industry since a year, I'll research n get back to you. Back then when ola scooty was a baby in the industry Ather was a good choice. I haven't kept up to date with Ather as of now
I own Bajaj Chetak and its been 11 months and never seen any major issue with the vehicle as it is made of metal its really rugged. Ola is shiiiit compared to it.
With all this fiasco, my question is to Mr. Gadkari - aren't these low quality products polluting India more? shouldn't there by more stringent laws on the manufactures to ensure that the product is sustainable in itself???
i bought avenger 220 from a new ola owner. poor guy only have that scooter now, which is now sitting at service centre he's asking to buy back the bike.
I am still scratching my head to understand what does OLA electric really do other than doing assembly for an EV? This kind of major safety lapse can only go unnoticed in our country for so long, says a lot about oversight and consumer protection(literally in this case).
In the USA there would be class acrion lawsuit against Ola and Ola would have to pay replacement of scooters that break or catch fire during warranty periord and also force warranty period to extend.
Hey akash sir i love ur content n ur satire so much petition to bring back the old satire videos akash and editor style and also you need to check out the song lootnewale from matru ki biljee ka mandola its a relevant song on current political u will find place for it in ur satirical posts n memes for sure please check it Jai hind

When we Indian will come out of slave mindset to treat people like one. How on earth can you give quality when you are exhausted. I always use to say to my team go out and then come back mayb we will have a new take on the problem. It always worked, if you respect ur workers and treat them right they will pay it back in their quality work.
broo how you have this mentality like i think at this point there is a need to learn this like were there any significant thing in your life that let to you to become like this or its just common senc morally right and logical for you like if some soo called smart people dont have it so i am not sure it can be learned or logically gained
@@kashinadoing look at house help how often pple treat them fair ? Look at labour who clean the drain they die cause of gases cause we don’t give them proper equipment, or byju’s who locked their employees so they don’t go out and work over time . Is this respect for other human being for treating them as ur commodity? Even recent suicide by Anna Sebastian case. We have a whole caste which we look down cause they clean after us and on the other hand in west pple who pick garbage are treated equally and respected. Same for all blue collar workers. It’s ingrained into our system. Are you denying to it ? If we acknowledge there is a problem we can solve it.
@@penacle7 I totally agree but I was saying that for you it's just a common sense and humanity at that same for me too but for many peoples they just don't seem to get it what is the difference between Us and them like why they don't preserve it like this 😭
About ev here in india as a consumer we have assessed all pros and cons at my house and our conclusion is that firstly its base prices are a more expensive than normal scooters , secondly the money saved on fuel by using a ev goes in replacing the battery after like 5 or 7 years so no real cost efficiency, thirdly servicing is expensive comparatively and difficult to find, fourth point is we dont really know a long term use case as compared to a petrol scooter which we know stays good for years to come and lastly ev as a concept is to reduce pollution but in india we burn fossil fuels to get energy so its indirectly still causing environmental harm also additional risk of scooter burning due to over heating is a risk and you always have to charge or search for such points to charge n calculate the distance n charging each time u want to go somewhere.. I think rn its not the time for evs a lot of development n r&d is needed for it here in india
Their service centers don't even have trained mechanics, they don't even supply replacement parts to the service center, the guys at service center told me that no new parts have arrived at the service center since past 1 month, even after buying Ola Care plus plan and having 1 year warranty for all parts, I had to change brake pads and suspension from a third part service center and spend extra money out of my own pocket, also the vehicle has lots of issues like vibrations, noise from belt and weird noise from motor which most Ola electric Vehicles don't have and when I complain or inquire about it the service center guys tell me it's normal and there are people who have bigger issues with their vehicle so they can't repair my vehicle, I would request anyone watching this to never purchase initial products of any company, Also Ather, Chetak offer way better service than OLA
Here in US we called RECALL if customers facing same problem and it’s free of cost repair or replace. Otherwise company’s face Consumer Court and pay back all money with penalty.
@@Amitkumar-pb7ge I may be wrong about this, but, as far as I know, none of the Tata Group companies has invested in Ola Electric. Rather, the late Shri Ratan Tata had invested in Ola's EV business, in his personal capacity, as an early-stage investor.
Hi Akash, Love your videos and todays topic was an absolute Eye opener for the Indian Two Wheeler Electric Market. Thankyou so much for making these type of episode, I would appreciate more videos over case study and current situation of these company. Your Satire is spot on though..... Love your work....Very informative! :)
Well needed episode... never seen such irresponsible CEO. Ese logon ki ghamand todna zarooi hai. Patiance seekh lijiye phir chaudhary banoge. Electric pe to abhi bhai bharosha nahi hai..All ev started in 2021, by 2026 27 their barriers need to be changed. Let's see which companies sustain, then will think of buying
Engineering is a continuous effort n cracking electric vehicles are tough, there is no doubt that there is service queue n employers have tought time but remember sbi is not an overnight success we need to give these guys time n surely trust our homegrown brands n at the same time government should support them
A time where everyone is only saying that the Indian market is the best and all the hype. I feel your genuine dissection of Business can help people understand the market better. What I like is that you don't paint an unrealistic image of Indian startups. Looking forward to more such videos!!!
Bhai i am also start up. I learned many lessons from your video 1. Always give quality products 2. Do proper research before launching 3. Always respect employees and motivate them 4. Understand what your customer is facing. 5. Understand your employees feeling like zomato owner did
Informative episodes like this that lightens up the Grahak about what's going on in the country, just as empathetic Kunal Kamra does not create utopia unlike Dhruv Rathee or letting start ups creating fake utopia is a MUST !!
Thank God... My friend was thinking to buy Ola ... Last month on Ganesh chaturthi... I forced him not to buy this vehicle... He got petrol vehicle Honda Activa and he is happy now..😂 guys Honda Activa is best... If not Honda then any other petrol vehicle... But not ola please... Don't waste your money.

Agree but I use to work in Germany. I was surprised how serious are they about holidays. On Sunday everything is closed even at times supermarkets. They have work culture of 37-40 hrs per week. I use to work overtime on my own but still they insisted to take off and it’s mandatory. And I have seen some great innovation and also top car brands be Audi or Mercedes or bmw follow same work ethics and produce top notch. In addition to that , when in Ireland they has similar pattern we were not allowed to be in building after 10:30 coz of our own health and safety cause our rest and health is important. In India they want to exhaust and make pple slaves
