When my son was 15 he wanted a $2000 gaming PC. I gave him $200 and said if he grow it to large enough amount he could buy the PC. He started buying rare/ limited edition shoes for $110-120 and sold them for $150-200 on facebook marketplace. He did that until he grew it to $1500. During that time he also bought all the computer components during 4th July or thanksgiving sales and 14 months later built his own PC.

I came across your RU-vid Channel last month and have enjoyed learning from you! As a father of 7 children ranging from age 24 down to 6, I came across this video and decided to purchase the Cash Flow (Age 14+) game to play with our family. The first time we played it two weeks ago, it was me and my wife, our 22 year-old daughter and her husband, and our 11 year-old daughter (oh, and our 6 year-old was hanging around watching us too and even boldly declared, "I'm not paying taxes!"). Anyway, it was so much fun to hear our 11 year-old make statement like, "This stock price is too high, I'll wait until a better opportunity comes along" that we played the first time for nearly 4 hours! Last Sunday, the rest of the family joined and it's becoming a regular family activity. Thanks for the recommendation!

LOVE this! My kids are really young, however, I have started having them being part of our business and associating their “toy wants” with a dollar value that is attached to a task they can do. It is powerful! Now my son asks about our rental properties and wants to know everything. He is 7. You are right….so much of parenting is caught and not taught 🙏🏽🧡

Homeschooling… it’s the best. My kids work with me doing Amazon FBA wholesale and as I’m developing my own products… I’m also part of a mastermind of other sellers, and one of the other families also homeschools. Their 16 yr old son is graduating college with a diploma this year, before he even graduates high school!! Public school can be such a waste of time.

Nice. I need to use that board game for me. BTW, also teach kids to read, I mean really read. Few can read a novel or a book of any substance or density anymore it seems. These lessons are about accruing wealth which is great, but learning values, lessons in history of US economy, world economy, US history, U.S. forefathers writings, arts/sciences, etc...these are important too. Being a money accrual machine is great, but people need to see the bigger picture too. Kids need to know why there is even a platform in which they actually can accrue wealth. They also need to travel, need to be a stranger in other places, and learn a foreign language or two. Just imo. We can get so myopic as if accruing money is the single indicator of success. Then one can think, "because I have accrued wealth, I must be smart, and because I am smart, any opinion that I have comes from a smart person, and therefore, I am a source of truth regardless of how well informed I am in other areas" This is a bit trite I know, but it seems like all my well healed friends think they are experts in every field since they nailed finances.
