lmao the whole point of showing cartoons like this is so that everyone can see the horrible creations these "godlike" creators made so they, and anyone else involved, can own up to it. These cartoons, they were a mistake and reflective of the racial stereotypes that occured at the time they were made. Ignoring this stuff is ignoring history. This is meant to be learned from and move on, not as an example to follow, by the way.

Wow.. the memories! We had these cartoons on VHS when I was a kid.. Little LuLu, Daffy Duck, SuperMan and Bugs Bunny.. each tape had the main feature, then these would be filler at the end.. lol.. awesome find!
Me too though I grew up watching the 50s era Looney Tunes on Cartoon Network I remember my mom buying a bunch of old school VHS cartoons back in 2002 like Addadin (not the Disney version), Ali Bubba and the Forty Theives, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Prince Ahmed and the Fairy Paribanou and many more including old world war 2 cartoons as well
I don't see this as particularly racial. Maybe some exaggerated physical appearances but that's typical of cartoons. Everything else was poking fun at the culture of indigenous people. I mean, the only white guy was a salesman portrayed as a dog who gets the shit kicked out of him... Also, the "queen" being the queen of England was poking fun at British imperialism.

The sad part is that you can't discuss this today, the words and cartoons have been given so much emotional power that saying anything outside of what people are used to hearing will either get ya ganged up on and shut up, or start a screaming match, and this is not insinuating that we should allow racism, but rather that we have discussions, as they tend to be more effective at changing opinions like racism. It's like most folks have forgotten how to have a back and forth about serious topics without losing their minds.
