Bro, this resonated with myself so much. Fitness saved my life. It was the only thing I could put all my heart into. Sure it is a cope in a sense but I don't care anymore. I'm obsessed but it makes me happy. It gives me mental clarity and satisfaction like no other. Even in times of depression, I just zone in and train. I feel like I'm in a different dimension. It heals everything. Thank you for this video, brother.

Don’t put yourself down as exercising is a coping mechanism. I had someone tell me this and it really put me into a funk. Then I thought, with all this strength, energy and training that I do, imagine if I focused it on robbing houses or selling drugs? So many peoples lives are saved 2 fold by you working out. You’re inspiring someone as well as keeping everyone out of harms way. Keep pushing brother and have a great day!!!

At a time when I have given up on today's youth, I find your videos. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders. "If you are down get on the ground and do some pushups" I like that saying. I'm going to put it on the wall in my workout room. I have one from Richard Marcinko, "You don't have to like it, you just have to do it." Physical fitness and mental fitness go together. I guess the better physical shape someone is in the more confidence they can have to face the world. Less people want to give you a hard time as well, when you look like you workout a lot. The people who still want to hassle you would have anyway.

I just subscribed to your channel. I can definitely relate to you. I used to box, do BJJ and play basketball in my younger days. Now I have an 18 month YO son and barely have time to do anything. I’m 40 years of age now and all I do is work, pay bills, work on the house etc. The stresses of being a man and providing for my family does get to me sometimes. But training relieves stress and is an escape for me. For that hour or so I have, that is my time. I only do body weight and kettlebell training these days. I got into kettlebells before Covid (lucky for me) because I wanted something quick/intense & effective. But most of all to save time. I have an adjustable kettlebell that goes from 10 - 32kg. That’s plenty for me. I also have a pull up bar too. I tell people all the time that’s all you need. I’m definitely enjoying watching your videos. It’s getting me even more interested in body weight training. It’s so convenient, don’t need no gym or equipment. I’m all about convenience these days. Keep up the good work bro 👍
