Barca have a very good youth system, but ruined by barca board with "lamasia 360". But the main problem is the breakthrough of youngsters into first team is reduced a lot. Club don't have that as a priority anymore! *That really hurts*

Considering how Sancho is very open to staying and Dortmund not budging I believe Man U or any other would need to provide an offer the German club can't refuse to lure him away

@@jammu4739 didn't Reus play for the Borisia team. Hummel's from Bayern. Arguably they were developed and perfected their skills at BvB but were produced else where. Ajax still the top dons I think

The Poltical One yeah ajax is probably too but Reus graduated from the academy and went to gladbach for first team football and Hummels moved from Bayern to Dortmund’s academy and then graduated from it

Dortmund have to get to that next level of Bayern. They have generated a lot of money, and are now signing first team players (Hazard, Brandt, Schulz, Hummels, Meunier) along with very young prospects (Jude, Haaland, graduating Reyna from academy) at the same time. They’re trying to transition from a feeder club that only produces talent, to a team that rivals Bayern in stature

And none of players ( Maybe apart from Lewy and Neuer ) were at this level before joining Bayern. ( Not included Sané and Hernandez ) Dortmund have more no of our academy graduates in their team than we have theirs now.
