How can Business education stay relevant in a changing world? 

Business Schools are facing multiple disruptions. Fast changes in society and business practices are challenging the traditional business education. Business School faculty is advancing science in often deep and narrow academic silos, while technological innovation places continuously changing demands on skills of business graduates. The purpose-driven generation of business students wants tools to make an impact on the society.
In this seminar, we will approach these challenges from diverse angles, as our Dean Timo Korkeamäki is joined by two of the members of our School’s International Advisory Board. Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae chairs multiple publicly traded companies, and also lectures at the Copenhagen Business School. Daniel Traça is the former Dean of Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal, and he will join the ESADE Business School in Barcelona as their new Director-General this summer.
Better Business - Better Society Seminar Series discusses the current and societally important topics at the School of Business. The seminars is arranged monthly, generally on the first Thursday of the month, excluding holiday seasons.
