And for someone who's following the ENGLISH subtitles would be assuming that "ALIF" begins with the letter A..which is technically correct...wallah Aulam. But remember, Q.A.F are just letters. But the QAREEN Within the NAFS is in everyone. May the most merciful and most compassionate and most forgiving be as merciful as ever.
@@Stubborn214 yes I did, tow years ago, I had a hard problem, I asked Al Abbas (a) to pray for me may Allah fullfil my need, approximately after a weak this hard need was fullfiled by Doaa and by the pray of Al Abbas (a) to me, because he is nearer to Allah from us, so his prayers are answered by Allah.

Salam, the first time I tried this out it had a profound effect on me and my concentration literally grew exponentially. However, recently when I try I can’t even focus on getting the letter, “A”. Or I think of different “A”s I.e. in different colors. Does anyone know how I can overcome this and have they had this issue? Thank you 🙏🏽
I think that's normal because you're growing spiritually and it will get harder to control your thoughts. What helped me was strengthening my determination before starting. Being more serious with my intention. Also, ask for Imam Mahdi a.j to help you with it.
I started doing this in my prayers. So everytime I have to pray, I'd practice it and the effect it had on the quality of my prayer was unbelievable. I guess you could try that. Or start small...whenever you have the time for five minutes and then increase it day by day. I reached the point where I'd focus on whaterve I want to focus on for even an hour! enshaAllah you'll get there too.
یعنی یکی از اسما خدا رو تو ذهنت تصور کنی مثلاً کلمه قادر یا رحمان یا رحیم و غیره.خود کلمه رو تصور کن و اجازه نده که هر اسم یا شکل دیگری توی ذهنت بیاد.میگن اولش سخته ولی کم کم با تمرین ذهنت قوی میشه و میتونی کنترل ذهنتو در دست بگیری.
ok? meditation helps clear the mind. religion itself is a form of meditation. a place of peace and mental strength. don't see anything wrong with his suggestion.
