How Can We Have a Close Encounter With Jesus?

Do you believe God lives within you? Do you have close and personal encounters with God?
As Christians, we must cultivate a close relationship with God that will result in a close encounter with Him, not only once in our lives, but every day, because we belong to Him. God desires for us to be closer to Him, and He is always willing to pour out His Holy Spirit upon us.
Pray for a closer experience with Jesus Christ and ask daily for the gift of the Holy Spirit to be in charge in our lives and lead us closer to the throne of God.

“Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to Thy precious bleeding side.” As a senior citizen now, May I become, again, a new creation, “transformed by the renewing of /my/ mind,” in becoming immersed in the reading of God’s Word, “the Word made flesh,” Who is Jesus Christ. Praise The Lord...To God Be The Glory....I experienced this very Close Encounter Face to Face with Jesus 39 years ago, and what breaks my Heart and causes me to shed many many tears is that: The ONLY people who DON'T want to hear my Testimony of my very Personal Encounter with my Saviour Jesus Christ are my SDA brother Pastors. My only credentials was as a sinner, when I cried out to Jesus in despair and HE Redeemed me...Praise HIS Holy name! MEN.

Dear Chaplain Barry Black, we need this reminder daily- that we Need a close encounter with the Heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ, who loved us and gave Himself for us. Dilliard, God knows your struggles in life. He is aware of our shortcomings in life, therefore He invites us to come to Him and give our lives to Him. Allow God to fight our conflicts in life.
