For real this is 100% I spent 10 months trying to convince my gf we should stay together till I walked away, and it was the best thing I ever did. I now have 2 beautiful girls with my beautiful wife, and I'm so happy that other girl treated me like crap because it out me on this path.

She does enter my head now and again, they always will, but it's from being reminded of things like if I see the same car she had or something. Its never with emotion, good or bad. Hateful feelings are still feelings, and I have none

I think it's so great what Mack's energy does for all of us. Really lifting our spirits with these raps and how he treats other people. I don't think I've ever heard him talk down to anyone in his raps. If there's something we can all learn from Harry Mack, it's that no matter how famous or rich or popular you are, being genuine to others builds character and that will take you far, to be the best that you can be.

In rap, it's the "flow". I recently compared it to drummers that play "in the pocket"; and in martial arts, the Bruce Lee quote to "be like water". They're all referring to the same thing - become so proficient at something that it happens reflexively, on auto-pilot, without being too much in your own head thinking about what to do next.
