In this video I explain why a Capricorn man or a Capricorn woman would cut you off and ignore you or be emotionally distant, harsh, or mean with you. Getting cut off by a Capricorn is harsh and it hurts. To be cut off by a Capricorn man or cut off by a Capricorn woman means that you have done something to upset the Capricorn or you have crossed one or more of the Capricorn's boundaries. A Capricorn who is harsh, mean, emotionally distant, or ignores you is a Capricorn who is either frustrated with you or frustrated in general and does not want to deal with you.
