Is Email GPS just a name for the process or an app or something....not 100% what actual software to leverage or if gmail is fine etc... and you just use the GPS system inside these kind of apps...
I used this exact folder structure after reading buy back your time. Game changer. So much easier to explain the folders than just handing over the inbox. Great system!

Is the “Closing the Loop” stage another 1:1 meeting with your assistant (an end of day touch base)? Or is it an email to you from your assistant covering those topics?
Hey Dan, How did you end up fixing that mistake from happening against with Investments? How would your admin or future admins that was an unsolicited investment or something you wanted to respond to?
Would love to implement this but how do you deal with giving someone else access to an address that is used for banks, wallets and other sensitive accounts?
You create them in your email tool Gmail (Labels) / Outlook (Folders). Then invite you assistant as Delegated Access. They then sort. I go deeper in my book Buy Back Your Time DM
The TL;DR of this is hire an executive assistent who will screen your emails and hope they don't make costly mistakes. I'm wondering how much time you're actually saving, at least early on with all the meetings though.
