how to change from star to delta without a stater. first let's understand that A star only motor has four terminals, three-phase terminals and a neutral. A delta only motor has three-phase terminals only. A motor designed to be operated either star or delta has each end of each winding brought out, so you have six terminals to work with.

Nice video,, how about if it's connected in star delta starter. In such case, there are about six wire, from main contactor and Delta contactor,, how do I change the direction of rotation

Bro, motor don't generate electricity There is difference in principle of operation between a motor and generator. Though they both share a principle of electromagnetic induction. Motors need electricity to spin the rotor(electrical energy to mechanical energy) Generator need mechanical energy(diesel engine, hydro or wind) to generate electricity. Try to read and understand the principles of operation of motor and generator.

That's a three phase Induction motor, you don't need neutral. You will need a neutral if you operating a motor with 240 contactor(your neutral will work with the control circuit to operate the contactor.
