"The Cape Flats" is basically an analog for "The Projects"/"Hood" in America, one and the same thing. So he was basically saying "This is not The hood/projects, and the coloured dude took offense because they're usually associated with the most dangerous Hoods in Cape Town. The 25 is not a real gang, they are mocking 'The Numbers Gang', which composes of the 26s, 27s, 28s. If you arrive in Polsmoor prison (or Any Cape Prison) without a number you're referred to as a Frans, which roughly means you have zero street cred.

If we dont laugh at it, we will all be sitting in a corner crying or end up in a mental hospital. I have noticed that this is my response to trauma triggers as well haha. I would laugh in the most inapropriate times, but seems my SA brothers and sister do the same. Haha the only time we cried about a trauma trigger is when we almost didnt beat the England rugby team last weekend...😢joh...my heart

The "25" guy felt insulted because they said "this in not the Cape Flats". The Cape Flats is a so called "Coloured" area, notorious for various gangs. The "25 gang" being one of them..... "Doos" is an Afrikaans word describing female private parts.

Hi Fam. Doos - deragotory word female private parts. The Afrikaaner host is saying all these patronising racist remarks basically insulting everyone. The Cape flats are part of Cape Town hoods with residents being mostly 'coloureds' (mixed race). The Cape flats are rife with gangsters - so the stabber overhead the host saying 'stop it - this is not the Cape Flats'... And that was a 'q' 4 the gangster from Cape to do what gangsters from the Cape Flats do best. It's quite hilarious.

South Africans often use innocent words in a way that make the word sound or mean something else. For example, they used words thunder and bolt (moer and donder) here to indicate that they will beat the guy up. The difference is often just context. The direct translation of a “doos” is a box. It is when you call someone a “doos” that you are calling the person the C word. The direct translation of “steek” is stab, but it can also be used to indicate the act of sex. He basically said “ I may be stabbed but you are still the one “stabbing”(meaning fu..ing) around.
