Not that there's any shame in that, really! I understand not wanting to clean, but if you have kiddos in the house, then hire someone to do it for you.

Which is hilarious because they’re living in a council house, not purpose built but the kitchen floor linoleum tiles, sink unit, and bathroom are typical local housing authority fittings.

They will never change i had a relative like this they would screw their face up when you would tell them they had carpet beatles or mice but do nothing about it,i would gut their house and while i was doing it they would be throwing stuff all over the floor including food.i would go back a week later the floors were littered and sink and worktops full of dirty dishes and food laying all over,it was a waste of time they could not have cared less.I also had to fight with them to let me change their bed or throw out duvets that were urine soaked,also had to fight with them to shower,this person was like this their whole life so it wasnt depression just how they were,i knew a neighbour the same way only she looked like a model and was a lawyer but her house was stinking.

Yeah thats weird. It will need wiping off several times to avoid a sour milk smell. Bleach is best on anything yellowing. And it wont bleach piano keys.

Yes! It's amazing how fast and easy cleaning becomes when you get rid of clutter.
