His rates of oil are high. May be because he is located in south Delhi. In Khari Baoli you take your badam & they will extract it's oil in your presence. You take badam oil & it's Khali (dried waste) also. Dried waste you can use for making burfi etc. Gulbandi badam costs @ ₹750/- per kg. 2 kgs. of badam shall cost ₹1500/- ( you will get one litre of badam oil). Cost of extraction is @₹60/- per kg. here, so for 2kg. It will be ₹120/-. Total will be ₹1620/- for one litre of oil in Khari Baoli.
Right now I cannot give you the exact location as due to COVID i am not able to go there. From Chandni chowk/Fatehpuri when you go to khari baoli it is on the right side. If you ask any dry fruit seller they will tell you. There is not one shop there are two three shops doing this oil extraction work. If i happen to go there i will post the address.
@@vinaychinapanjwani2060 I also deal in cold n wood press oil n machine too. So if you want to know the difference come to my shop. I will practically show you the difference
@@vinaychinapanjwani2060 the owner is saying wood the whole time , but the rod is not wood. And the speed is much faster than the bull driven oil press system.
3:10 ye "waste" koi cattle feed wagera mein use nahi hota hai...isko halwaiyo ko sell kiya jaata hai jo isse mithaiyo mein mash karke use karte hai.. Agar believe na ho toh shop owner se kehna ki ye waste aapko dede...lekin woh aapko dega nahi ya fir agar dega toh tel ke rate mein fark hoga
this looks like Metal press not wood press. Metal press always generates more heat compared to wood press. cold press oils should be ideally crushed below 40 degrees. secondly he is not wearing any gloves or hairnet. Hygiene is definitely an issue here. @ 2: 09 he is literally washing his hand with that water straight into the almonds !!! i can understand putting water for the moisture but you dont wash your hands into the almonds !!
