Great video I need to invest in that shrink wrap lol. The people asking about how to start something like this it looks like their using a Roland vinyl printer/cutter (these are not cheap by the way), looks like a Graphtec vinyl cutter, and idk what kind of laminator but probably a hot and cold laminator. Overall I'd assume around $20,000 investment if not more. To make vinyl stickers just like this (not using a cricut and your home printer) the cheapest route is finding a Roland BN-20 used or new so $4,000-$6,000, buy a cold manual roll laminator off amazon for $200-$300, vinyl, lamination(one that's made for cold roll lamination), and misc weeding tools(spare blades, tape, extra ink, etc etc). So about a $5,000-$7,000 investment.
Thrilled to see a small company flourish. Especially in these times. Kudos, man. I always wondered how the stickers are cut out of the big sheet. Plotter/cutter. Of course. I just have to figure out a cool design to make some stickers. Prices are very reasonable. Love the quality and attention to detail.
You’ll be getting a big order from me very soon just getting my design ready💯🔥 finished my order I plan on buying more and more if this order goes as planed🙏🏾
Is there anyway to ask these guys some questions on starting a business like this? Or is there any more videos from them? I have this same printer and an industrial laminator too but looking to find ways to use it
Hello I loved your video, if it would be so kind to share the information of the machine that you use to give that complete cut to the stickers.? Thanks in advance
✌🏻😎🏴What do you call stickers that are sticky on the printed side? Every time I try to google it I keep coming up with normal stickers. I want to put some on the inside of Lexan/Polycarbonate facing out. Can you print your design on the sticky side?
Things like this if you want the "inside the window" look is usually printed like normal but mirrored image on clear vinyl or laminate then adding white vinyl (if your machine doesn't print white) or laminate layer over the top of it then sending it thru the cutter like normal cutting the stickers out. hope it makes sense
saludo me encanto tu video, si seria tan hamable de compartir la informacion de la maquina que usa para darle ese corte completo a los sticker.? gracias de ante mano
customsticker.com. I think. Moreover, they have often some deals. Like nowadays, they have 1 dollar deal and you can get 15 stickers. Free shipping. That's screaming.
I’d ask like to know this. I’d love to know if this works for DTG Printer and what the machine is called that cut around the edges of the sticker. Doing that by hand would not be worth it. 😬
@@charlesgatesjr4264 Just a regular inkjet, sticker paper and Silhouette Cameo or other cutter. Small scale production. These guys have gone to the next level.
U can measure the size and decide wheather it needs to be waterproof. And u can even design by yourself. I think that die cut stickers will be more personalized and funny.
