Except the only reason that “ref getting a check wrong” happened (technicaly the correct call by the way; lineman has to visually AND verbally confirm, neither of them did both) was because the refs botched a tripping call against Dallas on the previous drive.

The MISHAP in the Lions was the bogus tripping call. The two point conversion call was 100% correct and has been proven over and over. And the fact is that the Dallas Cowboys B, whoever it is, is always expected to do more than any other QB in the NFL.

If it wasn't for a freak miscommunication mishap, the lions would have won.
