They are above law. Any investigation against the politician is regarded as undemocratic, act of vengeance, etc

Ticket blackiya ko pata hona chahiye Tihar Jail is under Delhi govt, if Kejriwal is not being treated properly in jail then it should be blamed on it's own govt. Also sugar levels can be manipulated by himself if he doesn't take food accordingly, to create a sympathy wave and blaming BJP for it..

Judgements of HC always differ with SC . which court is more loyal? We observed influential person getting immediate relief from charges of corruption under PMLA.But poorer common person in a que of minimum 15/20 year .tarikh pe tarikh,whereas richest are getting SC open in midnight also. Is law is equal to everyone?

Isn't CBI under the Home Ministry? Similarly, there should also be an investigation to find out how many from the judiciary are in line with the BJP's ideology. Shouldn't these judges be immediately replaced instead of giving them time till they retire and follow their ideological party as its member?
