I enjoy the look of Seraph weapons because someone thought to put a laser sight on a GLAIVE. I think that's part of why Bungie is slapping together new archetypes like glaives, 2burst pulses, fan pattern fusions, support autos, and rocket sidearms. If a weapon's functionally different, you won't care as much that it's a reskinned model.
I’m fine with reskins if the guns functions different, but if it’s a reskin for a generic weapon type then I ain’t a fan. Like SMGs, no new archetypes since launch and they’ve all been reskins lately.

Well it should be obvious that the community is always looking for something to cry about. If there's nothing to cry about, they'll do something that they can cry about.
Even if the models for Seraph were reused according to forcer (which I honestly didn't know, maybe I'm stupid), they were so cool and had some of my favorite stuff in there.
Same, I was so sad the seraph weapons didn’t come back as craftable weapons in the spire dungeon :( The carbine being my favourite auto rifle in the entire game ;_;
I wouldn’t say any of the witch queen era season weapons are reskins maybe seraph and haunted but definitely not plunder and risen but all the lightfall seasons definitely were reskins
Sad thing with lost is that iota draconis arrived at the same time the changes to fusion rifle charge time came, so a high impact w 1 second of charge time was no for me
I dunno, feel like I love black arsenal, splicer and for some reason the plunder weapons. Strangely, I am the only person I know who actually enjoyed season of plunder
Man, season of plunder should've really brought a new archetype for the shotgun. I like the style they went for but my gosh. I want a fucking blunderbuss. A single-shot shotgun with wide spread and high damage with insane knockback. Imagine the arc sidearm too that can roll with voltshot. Guess a single shot sidearm archetype would be garbage but what if, now hear me out, an exotic arc sidearm being a flintlock using special ammo like a rocket sidearm but only have a single shot that both blinds and jolts enemies on hits.

Man. I'm okay with reskinned weapons but man some of those were LAY-ZEE almost just pallet swaps. But I'm in agreement, dawn weapons are sexy and I hope we get some form of forge weapons back.
It’s cause a large part of the hand cannon population are crucible junkies that can’t wrap their head around the concept that some guns are just better suited and can actually feel really nice in pve
@@roguedy actually I even got a vulpecula with headstone and outlaw, and that thing was a beast in pve and great for pvp where you have to get someone back up if they died I even called it "winter's fatebringer"
Last one is me, somehow through multiple runs of Battleground Echoes I got both act two weapons crafted and a 400g sample of golden and azure radiolaria samples the day they came out. Now if only I could get the 400g iridescent radiolaria sample...
Witch weapons look too damn good to be this depressingly bad!!! It's like looking at a middle schooler wearing gucci he got from his financially struggling parents for his birthday. Still my favorite seasonal weapon set though.

Vulpecula is probably the only legendary 180 i actually enjoy using. I dont even like lunas howl and yet its still my most used legendary solar primary because if how good its perks are. Basically, i genuinely dislike precision frames.
3:27 weren't all the Witch Queen year seasonal weapons original models? Risen, Haunted, Plunder and Seraph weapons are all unique models unless I'm genuinley tweaking. I thought it was the Lightfall year weapons that started this bullshit
