I'm calling it now: Dreadpool is the main antagonist of Deadpool & Wolverine. Can you imagine a rogue variant of Deadpool gets loose and is intent on destroying the entire MCU because he sees it as just a cynical cash grab and is upset at the dissolution of the FoX-Men? That would be such a meta commentary twist and would absolutely blow people's minds
It’s actually interesting to think that Deadpool and ‘Dreadpool’ are just two sides to nihilism. Dreadpool realizes that nothing he does will ever matter, and thus tries to kill and destroy everything since it’s all pointless and of no value. Deadpool, meanwhile, knows nothing he does really matters but he doesn’t care. Yes still wacky and still can be melancholic since at the end of the day, he’s a comic book character. His story is his life, so why not live it. Also reminds me of the time Deadpool parodied The Batman who laughs and just called him a boring nihilist before proclaiming he’s made to bring joy. Would be cool if that got covered!
So true nihilism and reddit coward nihilism... Way to bring down the mood. Either way I think according to their own ideology all nihilists should be fired into space, but i can at least appreciate a murderous nihilists actual conclusions rather than just using an "i don't care" ideology to justify being a drag on society and not bathing.
@@Ghostguy693that's right. Deadpool takes Cable's time machine for a spin and even winds up in other replies it seems. He killed origins Deadpool and he killed Ryan Reynolds before he could make the Green Lantern movie.
What’s funny is the actual evil version of Deadpool is still out there in the marvel universe somewhere. He’s made of stitched together body parts that Deadpool was unable to recover over the years and he’s the exact opposite of him in every way. Even his inner voices are reversed, with the smart voice being dumb and the dumb voice being smart. After Deadpools kills Dreadpool in this comic, we see Deadpools stitched together opposite being the only other Deadpool left and promises to himself that he needs to think of something REALLY evil to pull on Deadpool the next time they meet. To my knowledge the two have not met since which means he’s still out there until someone confirms his death.
Basically: Dreadpool used Nihilism to loose his mind & kill everyone cause everyone doesn't matter in the end. Deadpool used Nihilism to get whatever he wants to enjoy life and he enjoys it without question.
Deadpool: Nothing matters, so why not have some fun while I exist Dreadpool: Nothing matters, nobody matters! I should end the world! I should destroy all
Yet only one of them knows, they will never truly escape the comics and their fate as fictional characters. What they do, even if they kill the writers and Marvel, all happens because the writers, the story, allows it.
The One (2001 movie) The film, which deals with the concept of multiverses and interdimensional travel, follows Gabriel Yulaw (Jet Li), a rogue agent who travels to parallel realities in order for him to kill other versions of himself to become a mythical super-being known as "The One". Li plays a dual role as Yulaw and Gabe Law, an LASD deputy sheriff who teams up with a multiverse agent to prevent Yulaw from becoming the One.
Ah. Universal acid. THAT'S where you draw the line. Good to know, good to know. That's one weird disbelief rubicon if I've ever seen one, but whatever, you do you.
@@stillnousername9796 depends, is it an acid that burns everything or an acid that burns younin every dimension? Personally i dont like deadpool so id have drawn my line at him period. 😅
It’s kinda weird that the first one was a dark comedy and the second was pretty much Empire Strikes Back, yet they went the Devil May Cry route for the finale lol
Deadpool “Rick I fucked up and you’re the only one that can get me out of it” Rick: shh i literally know everything bud,all you’ll need is this here Vat of acid pal Deadpool “Is it orange juice??” Rick: No Why tf would it…look just take the Vat Deadpool b4 Morty tries to convince us it’s a clichè *burbbb*
When deadpool killed deadpool in deadpool kills deadpool from the deadpool kills comics he basically acted so deadpool the other deadpool couldn't handle it
Wow.... I never actually thought about that EVEN though I am fully aware of the multi-verse... It just never occurred to me "What if there were other deadpools in other universes" I guess my brain blocked it out so hard because ONE Deadpool is WAY more than enough for my brain to take... Now you are telling me there are billions more???? 😂😂😂
This reminds me of Rick and Morty with Rick prime and the regular Rick. Rick prime is heard to kill all Rick’s and Rick prim, Morty and evil Morty team up and beat em
