How the hell? Christmas. Christmas Eve last year.

I got a lil feminist-y and curious so I decided to see how many other female late night talk-show hosts there have been/have been nominated/have won an award for their show. Joan Rivers was the first woman to host her own late night talk-show. She never won anything for it but her daytime talk show won something. Chelsea Handler had one but it's never been nominated. And she's the only other one I can find. Which means you are the first female late night talk show host to be nominated. That's so cool! I'm super excited for you in general because to be nominated after all your hard work is amazing but also because you winning this (which, let's be real, you will) will mark a turning point in late night TV. You deserve this! Congrats on the nomination!
