1) start ovserving people how people are speaking around you 2) learn situational sentences, learn phrases 3) listen to the news 4) make a revision plan 5) use social media, technology, and app in order to improve your English

Love it! There are so many useful and valuable ideas here. I especially liked the concept of growing a thick skin. It's so important for learners to be brave, make mistakes and learn from them. One point I would suggest is the importance of semi-fixed expressions in building spoken fluency. I really liked how you focused on situational phrases and i think if you focus on semi-fixed expressions in particular you will develop even quicker. For example to invite someone to do something you could learn 'Would you like to + infinitive + (activity) or 'Do you fancy + verb ing + plan). Each expression has a fixed part that everyone knows but then we add more language depending on the situation. They are so so useful in my opinion. Thanks for sharing this : )
