I'm SO EXCITED AND HAPPY FOR YOU🎉🎉🎉 The best part of this is we all will be living there through you. Your videos are always detailed and now once I get my plans together to come to Vegas with my family I know who to reach out to for advice on where to eat, shop and activities. We have a hotel timeshare at hotel 360 near the airport so that's our points option to stay without using money and we're getting ready to start utilizing our investments we've made to travel. Sacrifices early on is the only way you can enjoy a rewarding lifestyle. It's all about discipline and hard work as you've stated multiple times Chef❤ Thank you for the teachings, road trips and more than anything your food classes as I call them.

Hey Chef Geoffrey this is Kim from Indianapolis you're going to love it's not too far I could drive on the outskirts and go to Terrible's little community on the outskirts of Vegas that's three casinos out there and are going into San Diego it's wonderful and there's so much to do in Las Vegas all the casinos and for residents they have Perks special perks that most people don't know about and they also have special perks for their elderly in handicapped like I said you're going to love it you're going to love it

The true challenge out here is finding good soul food. If you find any please let us know! In six years I haven’t! I’m from western New York. My home I purchased in Vegas is about 14 years old, the community I’m in is fairly new. Looking forward to those reviews! Good luck 👍🏾

Congratulations on finding your apartment! You are so right about using your money wisely. The lessons start at home, the sooner the better. My husband and I have a son and his lessons started at 4 or 5 years old. We'd go shopping & like all children he would want a treat or a toy (his favorite was Hot Wheels). Sometimes he got something, sometimes he didn't. Hot Wheels were cheap back then and sometimes we couldn't afford one. We would always let him know why he couldn't have something. From childhood to adulthood he planned what money he wanted to save & what he wanted to spend. Today, like you, he has his savings but he also likes, and does, travel.

Matter of fact everyone I know who moves there love it; all except the older ones who complain about all those who’s moved in and all the traffic. OD course they live off the strip in N. I agree there is an opportunity to do better in this country but people choose not to work hard and plan. If you don't have it, it's because you don't want it. I understand anyone who is ill or disabled but the able-bodied can make it happen.
