I'm out on another weekend group ride... this time with the older lot, I like to call them the golden oldies. HAHA! The sun even came out to play... well, for a moment at least. I decide to take advantage and get some extra distance in the legs... I also talk to you about something pretty awesome, and upcoming group ride with me and the FAASt Crew.
