Great video seeing the banter and struggles of being a mechanic. Spent my time in the trade a lot of years ago and its a good reminder of how painful some of these jobs can be. Love your channel and the technical stuff even though the armchair mechanic wannabees would rather see it all blow up on the dyno. Im technical so probably in a minority but love all the additional info you provide.....The Royal family best line ever was Jim saying....I paid a pound for these underpants and I`ve got 50 pence stuck up me arse...

Hey guys, love your work. Always amazed with your knowledge and ability to remember the smallest detail on random cars or engins you've worked on. Was wondering what would be the best value for money stage 3 say, build you could do. Buying the car and then building it to a proper weapon of a thing. Would it be a 5 cylinder RS3, 6 cylinder RS4, 8 cylinder RS6 or would it be something like a S4 or S6. Which would be a cheaper car to buy, leaving more money for the upgrade works? Interested to know your take on it. I know bigger supercars are your bread and butter but is this a silly question or a valid talking point? Cheers Cahal.

Just reminded me, now living back up north and my missus from Nuneaton I was trying to educate her on Phoenix Nights and that is how life is or was up North, life in a working man’s club 😂 I visited the place where they filmed Phoenix nights the other day as I was always curious where it was, it’s St Gregory’s Social Club in Farnworth and it still has ‘The Phoenix Club’ on the font of the building, utterly pointless info but I’m sure you’ll sleep better now 🙈
