Middle Class South Asian here to give you a review 1) Urban area was condensed & unorganized but still the building were air-conditioned and streets clean with no littering and i can't see littering. And a lot of car which means they're affluent enough to afford it. And I think they've a strong community as they've been living together for all their lives. As compared to mega cities it's a very good living environment Suburbs, they're clean, green & organized and I've seen some apartment buildings, i think they're a very good living place for a developing world standard and specially for people coming from rural areas. As compared to you in South Asia there's no developed suburbs so immigrant work force has to live in miserable conditions and hardly anyone can afford a house or apartment in city. So 9/10 from me. Rural areas are relatively clean, planned but the only problem is shrinking population. But they're very well maintained. As compared to it our South Asian villages are not planned and organized and have zero social facilities from government. Personally I'd like to rent an apartment in the suburbs and work in the city and in future may buy one if i have saved enough money. Blessings to you and all the Chinese
