This video (with the tidbits about glue records, what would happen without hardcoded zone records, etc) was so much more informative and well done than every other DNS video that spend 10 minutes with graphics to say absolutely nothing more than vaguely, "it's a hierarchy".

I like his voice... it reminded me of Big Bird in Sesame Street... now all my childhood memories are back...

FINALLY someone that goes into the needy greedy. e.g who the hell is a root server. Most videos just refer to it as "The Root" and leave it like that. Great integration of the A and NS records too!
