Gambit infuses things with his energy Rogue takes energy out to me it makes senses that if she is taking his power she can charge him back up with his power ♾creating a endless circle so he doesn't die ♾ I thought that made them a PERFECT Match and why they were paired
It took 20years for her to put the grief of ms marvel (carol Danvers) behind her and get over the trauma but she now can turn her powers off mentally but to answer the question gambit pretty much would grind.on her till completion

There are intensities where Rouge & Gambit are married w kids. Just like Magneto or Iceman it is possible for full power Gambit to effectively shield himself from her power by focusing some of his power on the points of contact. That said the 90"s animated series that 97 is supposed to be a continuation of has never dealt with the fact all we the audience have seen is the Nerfed version of Gambit because he is not open about the fact he had help restricting his powers by Sinister vie a brain implant.
People gambit powers have a lot of uses one of them is to block touch base powers he just doesn’t know it yet when it comes to the cartoons just like how no telepathic being can’t attack his mind
not that easy. she has used the power dampeners. Beast gave her one for her honeymoon with Gambit. Why the video didn't mentioned that I have no idea but the collar started to give her migraines so she stopped using it. I think like someone mentioned she was gifted with a power dampening bracelet that was more comfy but not sure if that is tru . She did learn to control her powers so her and Gambit could get busy. This video is bit inaccurate imo with what they are stating.
That had nothing to do with Gambit's powers, it was a power suppressor! But that isn't the thing that will end their relationship, it will be Gambit's selfishness of team dynamics! He is less and less of an x-men member and more immature, selfish and there is something he hiding that will cause a perminant rift with Rogue and the heroes! Gambit has never promised anything about being loyal to the x-men, so other than Rogue, he has no real closeness with the team! Other than professor X sommoning the team to end the Orchis mess, we only see Rogue mostly engaged with the team while Gambit is hanging out in some ally drinking or gambling! How long do we expect Rogue to put up with that? How long do we expect the professor to allow foolishness like this before it begins to show? Any x-men member who appears to not have their head in the game in mission matters is dangerous to the team and that can get them killed! Everyone must be on point during missions to take orders and protect lives!That goes for the entire team! another reason why this ship will end is because Marvel 616 at least is going into a diverse way! Mutants no longer areonly all mutant ships! They tried Vision and Scarlet Whitch, but that failed, but they will keep trying other mutant cross ships and Rogue is on that list! By the time she can actually master her powers to how she see's fit, she would've called it quits with Gambit, which I pray no Gambit fans jump up and do anything that'll get themselves arrested like making threatening letters to the editors and writers and besides Gambit isn't making sales! From the start of the Uncanny Avengers up until now, Rogue by herself in and out of the comics has sold big without Gambit, she's saved the world from Exitar, saved the professor from being inpaled at Krakoa, took over and lead the Avengers when Hydra Cap broke Captain America's arm, Marvel is bringing up Rogue's stock and nothing, not even Gambit will be allowed to stop or slow it down, Marvel's got plans and unfortunately Gambit isn't in it!

@@MarvelousVideosNot entirely true. Gambit at full power can touch Rogue much in the same way (which they do when he’s temporarily back at full power levels in his 1999 solo comic). He had Sinister long before he joined the X-Men cut out some of his brain so he’s power levels would be lower so he wouldn’t be such a threat - which was Gambit’s whole reason for working for Sinister & his involvement in the mutant massacre. Long story short, Gambit ended up fighting an alternate version of himself New Sun (Gambit born in a lab who never dampened his powers that burned his entire earth into dust with said powers) and fried out his power by beating New Sun with trickery over sheer power so he’s back at manageable power set
