what would happen if you seeded the clouds of hurricane well before it hits land? Would it increase the rainfall over water draining the potential rainfall before it hits landfall? Could we decrease the rainfall of a hurricane in this way?

Just my theory... but I feel the eye is formed due to high rotational energy in the center. The most rotational energy is found spinning from inner part to the outer area hence why the eye wall is seen to be the strongest. But idk I'm not a scientist lol

A hurricane can form with water cooler but typically 81° or above is ideal for a hurricane to form and grow

Excellent examples & clarification plus, on the wind shear. lf the eyewall holds the strongest wind , does it dictates the overall strength of a hurricane? l heard low pressure/mb = most gusty winds plus, the speed in knots? lan 2022 had caused a debate between cat 4 & 5 among the storm chasers . What about rapid re-intensification that both lan & ST Noru did before landfall? l mean, Noru did it twice ...what scale to measure that? Category 6? This class needs to be updated.

So here's a question for you...if the fuel for these storms is the heat from the ocean waters, and that needs to be over 80 degrees, why not cut off the fuel supply? (yes, I know what I'm about to say would be a massive undertaking, but so is rebuilding entire cities) So in saying that it is the surface temperature that is the fuel, with the thermocline, water about 300 meters down is significantly colder. What if there were solar powered buoys with hoses that sucked water through something like an insulated fire hose that took water from 300 meters down, and sucked it up with a water pump and sprayed it out over the surface similar to a high powered lawn sprinkler? (obviously with more power and distance than your typical sprinkler) The solar panel would power the pump, and at the bottom of the hose, you could protect it with a water permeating shield outside the suction area to ensure fish and wildlife would not be suctioned up. This would provide a constant source of cooler water at the surface, which of course would sink back down, but if these were running 24/7 in the summer months, wouldn't that be possible to lower the surface temperatures by enough to keep it under the 80 degrees that fuels these storms? Yes, I realize that this would mean deploying hundreds of thousands of these, but wouldn't that effort be worth it if it meant these storms couldn't get the fuel they need?
