You wear this color so well! I just want to point out to others who may be trying to achieve this color that her hair was already very light to begin with, so a 20 vol developer got her very close to platinum. If your hair is dark you will not achieve the same results in one process. You ‘ll more than likely need at least a 30 vol and you’ll probably have to do it twice. Hope this helps!
That’s not true. They can still use a 20 vol to achieve this color. It just has to sit longer. I wear my hair this color and I only color it once a month so every time I color my hair, it’s back dark.
@@Mzladiie226 Ok, see that’s different. You don’t use a toner. I didn’t use a toner at one point. For me, the toner takes away the yellow tint. Like my hair would be the color but look dingy sometimes.

I had my beautician do it the first time because I had SO much hair to cut off but I kept this in the vault and did the touch up! I didn’t achieve this with my beautician because my hair was dyed black. But now??? It’s exactly what I was going for originally! Thanks again!

I've bleached before but to blonde. I'm salt & pepper(mostly salt) but when I bleached before I noticed that my dark hairs bleached to a bright blonde and the white got brighter. No brass. I guess I got lucky. I used a purple shampoo by L'Oreal I believe and my hair looked amazing. No I didn't use a toner but I will now. Thank you. ♥
Love it. Love it. I understand..yet there's one thing you may want to measure the amounts so that your audience can feel as if they're safe in putting in the correct amount. You don't want them to guess. You did the two scoops with the powder substances however, but not with the liquid. Overall, you are the bomb!!

@thebaldheadgirl 😂 I swear I watched the video 20+ times myself. And I saw your newer version too. I'm a Visual person but was looking for the steps, too lol! I'm older and didn't want to make No mistakes! Lol step 1. Mix the Bleach with 20-40 volume very well (see video for consistency) Step 2. Sit under the cap for as long as desired (sis sat for an hour and half with 20 volume) ***FYI: The Higher the Volume the Less time you keep it on your hair!! Anything Over 20 especially!!*** Step 3. Rinse well with Shimmer Purple shampoo (see product list) *FYI add a little water to shampoo to lather b4 applying so it doesn't leave hair Purple Step 4. Mix, mix, mix Well the T18 Wella toner with 20 Volume ONLY (See video for consistency) Step 5. Apply well to hair and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes (Uncovered) Step 6. Wash again with Purple shampoo listed Step 7. Style as you wish Step 8. You Go Gurrrrr You look Ahmazing!! 🎉 Thank you, for all the videos on this Sis 🤍 If I missed anything pls correct me. ✌🏽
@@divinevirgo8341 No 40v developer unless you want to risk damage or baldness also Wella is 1 part toner 2 parts 20V developer (no need to worry about consistency if you use the correct measurements). I also wouldn't leave the toner on for 20-30 minutes if your already at a level 8-10. The lighter the hair the less leave on time because your hair is stripped from the bleach and will grab onto that purple QUICK! If you have a purple tint after toning or using purple shampoo wash once or twice with clarifying shampoo to get the purple out. Just my tips because I have been bleaching my own hair platinum for 10 years.
