I still like your videos. I like more when you talk about what to do. I my world there is no difference between offensive and defensive block. Last thing I not like encouragung unsportly consuct, but ok it is ok to comunicate to your teammates what you plan to dio.

Well, that’s all nice, but is there any advice for short people who jump max 290 cm while blocking? Watching Leon is fascinating, but it can’t be further from my case, when I never get the elbows above the net… 😂

If you jump 290 cm you're still 50 cm above the net, which would be enough to comfortably bring your elbows or at least the higher part of your forearm above the net. Block height should not be an issue at that point.
