Awesome! This has just made my day! I have to compare over 150,000 pieces of Data for the End of the Year 2022 Reporting. For some reason mine isn't working. I mean the formular is, but the conditional formatting just isn't. Any idea why?

I remember when I first started doing conditional formulas, and even today, some times I could not quite them get right, until I redid them 3-4 times. I'm happy to help you directly if you want to schedule a 30 minute fee based consult, but I bet if you go back and do it again, you'll get it. Good luck

Hi. Any ideas on how to compare two rows instead of two cells?

You will need to compare each cell in the row, or use a formula that combines the cells of the two rows in some way and then compare the combined cells in the row.
