I have a question: the amount of kjs I have to eat each day is 8000, but when I burn 2000kj the amount I have to eat goes up? By the end of the day I've eaten around 10,000kjs. My goal on the app is to lose weight, but I don't know if I'm doing this right? Should I be eating another 2000kjs to lose weight, or should I be sticking with 8000kjs? I'm really confused.
The more you workout the more you eat but not alot, on your rest days that you don’t workout consume less calories... go on google and type “how to calculate calories to lose weight formula” and it will give you a formula of how to calculate how many calories you need to lose, maintain or gain weight.
