How do I get an OFSI general licence if my clients are effected by the sanctions?
Any organisation or person involved in a transaction with those subject to financial sanctions under the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 will first need a licence from the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI).
