I meditate so that I can get into the gap between the thoughts. It’s such a blissful break. I have been able to reach my spirit guide through meditation. I put no expectations on it... and when I stopped pressuring myself .. it became so wonderful
Sunny, over the course of the last few days, as I continue to consistently inquire, “What is it that is observing even this”, thoughts are not only fading away quicker, they're staying away longer. And because of that, I'm able to rest as awareness longer... Thanks you so much
Hello, I first want to say that I never comment on any video regardless of how much I enjoyed the content, but I couldn't just have the enlightenment that I experienced and not share it. My man you to me explained the practice more thoroughly than anyone else I read, saw or heard before. Absolutely exceptional. Wish you the best.
Thank you. I’ve been meditating without being able to stop fantasizing in my head. I spend most of my time being aware of these thoughts and staying in Silent present - aware of thoughts and I AM.
Validate each thought... say, “thank you for coming... we will look at this later.” I like to think of getting into the gap between the thoughts and images. Even for a second or two...
This was very helpful. So often I find that your videos provide clarity on something which is currently relevant in my experience. Thank you, my friend. I enjoy your channel very much.
this is a delicious realization you’re automatically sucked into this space of being stillness. cant thank you enough sunny for setting me on this path 💞
I think, think, think and think some more. I'm having problems because of it. Loss of focus, chaos of decisions, my purpose, and it's exhausting but prevents me from sleeping on most nights. I was prescribed meds but they make me feel apathetic and melancholy. I'm viewing this vid bc I HAVE to do something about my predicament. So thank you for teaching this. I'll get back to you soon with an update.
In the past two weeks I can see a difference for sure! I am less reactive to negative thoughts or I immediately dissolve them. This is the highest teaching! Now to be patient. Thank you Sunny 🙏
I started back meditating months ago and still doing it now I slacked a lil but trying to get back into it everyday when I was doing it everyday I was raising my vibration I had a burst of energy and was so bubbly and bouncy like a lil bunny 😂😂 lol meditation started feeling like food to my soul I love it I’ve been coming awaken to myself
Being mindful during the day and meditating during the evening has helped me a lot to be more in the now...to be who I really am.. just conciousness and is getting easy to see mind+ ego...through experience...Thank you Sunny!
🚩 To profoundly deepen your meditation & Self inquiry practice, watch this free 1 hour class and practice what I mention consistently: www.personalmasteryquest.com/masterclass
when the breath is all out (up) and stopped in such universal pause, ones small self vanishes. This is difficult only for the impure. great work mate. I like it. just being!!!!
Thank you for this precious information you gave, Sunny. I always got trapped by Mind. Lucky you always posted anything positive of being Still .. always ... Great thing to do.
Thank you so much i was doing meditation all wrong.. watching this video makes it so much easier. i was literally getting stressed out by doing the guided medtitations that i started dislike doing them.. thank you so much x
Thank you so much Sunny! This is a common sense way to meditate. It's easy relaxing and no visualizing or imagining because that's ego not the higher self.
Over the course of three years i have found that my meditations have deepened to the point where i can actually sense that chittering chattering critical I must win ego start to speak and once i am aware of its voice starting to speak i notice and move on. There are points in my meditation where i find that 30 minutes goes by so fast that I actually check my timer. I have not reached a continuous 30 minute silent meditation but i am now aware of the voice coming and that for me was a break through
This might not be meditation, more „mindfullness: I am an urban planner and of course, when I am in the city my mind is planning constantly how things could be better, what could be done, what should not, etc. I decided to spend my trips to my workplace in the bus just looking around without thinking, planning, judgin, analysing. It has been interesting and even if the meaning should not be to gain a good feeling, I must say that I felt how my brains love to have a rest from all criticism and spekulating and planning. I also do yoga. I have became slow in my actions! It seems to me that I do nothing if I am not certain that it has some meaning. What comes to silent meditation, I feel that 20 minutes is a short time because it takes some time to go deep and get rid of the thinking-mode.
I have been practicing meditation before sleep (in a way somewhat as taught by Sunny here) for quite some while, , I do the meditation, as Sunny says, without intention/goal/identity, but I can feel that "something" have changed, and once I had even an experience which was so "shocking" that I don't know how to describe to you guys, I can just tell that was really "astonishing" (I have been wanting to tell Sunny this expereince of me , but I am still figuring out how to translate that expereince in words).
This is great value that you're sharing in this video. However, I would like to know, is this meditation method that you're describing Mindfulness Meditation?
Hi Sunny, I have this clarity I understand it experientially. Although it still comes and goes. When it comes I 'witness' everything even my body. Although to remain in that 'awareness' while talking requires some effort.
I wanted to start doing meditation and surfed throughout internet to get a explanation. You explained very well... I have a question.. is focusing breathe a type of meditation.... Or I just need to "aware" of my thoughts?
🙏❤Thank you so much for your videos! It poped up onto youtube screen just a few days ago and i hve been watching evver since. Whenever i start your videos it automatically closes my eyes and my body doesnt feel like moving, but still listen your voice feeling relax . Thoughts appear sometimes i recognize them in a few second later and sometimes it takes longer. I feel lazy to find where the thoughts raise. Pls help me. Sorry about my English. 🙏
I've been meditating for about a year, and outside of focus on breath and self inquiry (which uses the mind, does it not?) i'm unsure of how to deepen. I am opening to connecting to something deeper, just trying to feel that with zero resistance. Outside of it being a relaxing experience, I'm not sure I'm getting anything out of meditating. I'll keep practicing, but listening to your videos and specifically Nisargadatta seem to progress my self inquiry in much deeper ways
When you eventually get that gap between thoughts, even for a second or two, and feel that sense of presence then it goes deeper, particularly if you're aware that you are this pure presence, this awareness. The challenge after that is to stay in presence as much as possible I find for most. Also even though I agree with Sunny that silent meditation is best, I have to say that the first time I felt this sense of presence and had this gap between thoughts was during a guided meditation by Mooji. As that was the only time I managed to relax enough for it to happen. I don't think one can force these things tbh no matter how long one meditates. All one can do is follow Sunny s guidelines, and when it comes it comes
A question, please If I get my Ideas rejected again and again in a certain job project and my self negative thoughts arise followed by a "fist to the gut " emotions and pain "not good enough" quit trying and so on... when I practise the teaching and let's say (for the q. purpose) master it, would it be going through the same experience of rejection but not being emotionally attached to the outcome and therefore keep on trying and doing what I love because I am deeper then that? Is it the same when being rejected by someone you love?
What about meditating to keep that state of awareness and overall being a wiser and more present? Is that ok? Also can you make a video about visualizing shapes and colors and what to do with your pupils while meditating because I want to ignore all thoughts but am I still using my imagination or am I supposed to be seeing stuff??
Watch any of my Self inquiry videos. In them, that is what I am referring to. But here is one in particular: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-khcmtdd67MM.html
Hi Sunny. Thank you for your sharing. I have been watching your videos for some times and I do learn. For this video you have mention meditation is to come to stillness. I have been meditating for more than 10 yrs but I still have not experience who am I. But I can do self healing during meditation as my body pain reduce after meditation. I can feel energy moving inside my body and my body will automatic move itself. As you mention about stillness, am I suppose to control my body from moving and keep it still? Please advise. But then I realise my body pain heal better when I allow my body to move with the energy inside. So what should I do if I want to seek for who am I if stillness is the only way. Please advise. Thank you very much. Namaste.
Hello, practice self inquiry. You are now ready for it. Here's the shift you need to make: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2u_psh7NVg0.html
@@selfinquiryschool Thank you. I guess I understand now..the breath and energy moving inside my body that I'm aware of is the object. I need to shift to focus on the subject (the one that is aware of all these things) to go deeper. I will watch that 1hr video. Thanks :)
Hi, I have benn meditatung off and on the past 6 minths I recently began committing to an hour a day. As I sit I set an intention... usually asking for wisdom, insight, relelation and guidance. (Is that wrong?) Next I do about 6 rounds of deep breathing to relax. Somtimes I will do a body scan and try focusing on my body sensations. After I would focus on just breathing and as thouggts arise and I noticed I would deliberately go back to focusing on my breathing/body. I understand I am not my thoughts and that I am the awareness but are you saying that as I coninue I will have no thoughts? Is that the state you are inn right before you drift off to sleep? I am pretty sure at the point I am lost in thought.... Or the thoughts that come will have a wisdom and insight? I am tryiing to wrap my head around the part that comes over time in which you are more in awareness and not thought. And if you are in awareness and not thought then how do you know if you don't have the thought saying so?
Okay thank you I seen comments of ppl saying that it's evil , which I have been told to meditate or try yoga to help my anxiety by my Dr a long time ago and I just decided to look into it but I had absolutely no idea that meditation makes things happen , like opens up your mind I just thought it was calming and good for you to have quiet time with Yourself
@@marandacarver9500 Meditation has so many benefits from focus to relaxation to recognizing yourself as awareness, it's not 'evil' , you should check its many benefits online. It can definitely help with anxiety, it helped me with mine and I encourage you to do it :)
