As a retired 48-yr Healthcare worker, I can state with ABSOLUTE confidence that you and your "medical partner" are some of THE MOST incredibly informed and knowledgeable "healthcare practitioners" in the world. Your well-researched "information" is helping THOUSANDS of people not only reduce their pain and suffering, but also almost completely alleviate those "symptoms". Please "know" how greatly your efforts are VALUED and appreciated especially in this current "insane world" of intense repression and suppression of TRUE healing protocols. You and your partner are only a handful of "true health healers" actually able to reach millions of people in desperate need of genuine "healing" information. 🙏😉
Hi! Has anyone out there have or had a Nevro stimulator. Can u tell me how r u doing pain wise, and how long I’ve had it, or know someone who had Nevro HF! Ty
Can you share a link to that study about taking mega dose of p5p with no side effects thanks in advance, what I read about the p5p it will have the same effect or can cause neuropathy at high doses like the pyridoxine hydrochloride.
THIS INFORMATION IS WRONG! I got peripheral neuropathy from B6. I was taking TTFD, Benfo, Full complex w/o B6 everything was improved I too believed that P5P can't be toxic so I added 50-100mg a day and low and behold burning returned almost right away!
100% true. I got peripheral neuropathy in my left hand from supplementing P5P 50=100mg for a few days. Is it reversable? My usual supplement has 10mg and i was doing fine, I think 10mg should be the upper limit for P5P.
@@Joao-q4p3j Thanks for your response. It is definitely a scary experience. I really hope my hand recovers. Do you now avoid B6 at all cost? This is my second day and I am scared but hopeful. :( Crazy how ppl keep saying P5P cant cause neuropathy. It did and QUICKLY for me :(
Excellent talk. I developed peripheral neuropathy ( in toes and later fingers over one year, which I diagnosed myself. I am a physician).Consulted my Internist who wanted me to do all tests like nerve conduction studies etc. I looked at the side effects of all the vitamins I was taking. I am not on any medications. Stopped taking the vitamins ( multi vitamin and B Complex)and after 8 weeks all the symptoms were gone. I challenged with B Complex and sure enough after a few days the symptoms came back. Now I have been of all the vitamins and it is 3 months and I am totally fine. I plan to not take anything for another 2-3 months after which I will start the multivitamin tablets which do contain some B6 but will not take the B Complex which has large amounts of all B vitamins it it.
You answered a few important questions but Are you saying that I shouldn't take my B6 P5P until I'm sure I have eliminated the B6 hanging out in my skin? BTW.... that's a lot more difficult ,it could take a long time and am I correct in assuming that the P5P will not help until I've completely purged myself of the other B6?
I have a question that I hope you can answer. Last year my serum B12 level was 750. I started taking a liquid Methecobalmin. Now my level is 1300. My neurologist says she wants it down. I did a MMA test and my levels are normal. So the B12 is getting into my cells. Do I still need to take B12 supplements. How can I take supplements and not have my serum level rise.
Same for me after taking the type of B6 and B12. Lab blood test B6, 3 times higher than normal range and B12 higher than measurable scale. Please advise, stop taking or reduce your recommended amount. Thank you: Armando
Huh? Starting at 4:25 it gets a bit weird. I understand that at 3L to 4L of water/day hyponatremia becomes a concern, thus additional electrolytes are needed. But seasalt instead of table salt - why? Are you suggesting additional iodine is needed? Something else? Coconut water -- what is that about? Potassium -- ok, but 99mg? Why not 100mg??? Sounds like you are making up arbitrary numbers.
I asked you twice before the same question and I hope I'll get the answer now...- Is it safe to take P-5-P and P-HCL at the same time? I mean - does P-HCL inhibit P-5-P the same way as S-ALA inhibit R-ALA? I take 50 mg of P-5-P and 10-12 mg of P-HCL a day 'cause P-HCL is almost in every suplement... Thanks for answer and greetings from Serbia ❤
@@donalkinsella4380 Because P-HCL is almost in every suplement... It,s hard to avoid. I also take every vitamin separately - it is more experience but much more safe. OK?
I’ve been taking your Neuphoria Gold cm with Lion’s Mane for 5 weeks, and I just had my B vitamin levels checked at the request of my Neurologist. My B12 levels were in the normal range. However, my B6 level was 204.2 nmol/L, well above the normal high range of 125 nmol/L. My previous level was 32 nmol/L (tested in Nov 2023). I have been on a strict anti inflammatory diet and doing a good amount of exercise since the beginning of the year. I am concerned my Neurologist is going to tell me to discontinue taking the Nuphoria Gold cm as the B6 was her concern when I showed her your product 6 weeks ago. Any advice?
