I updated my software yesterday but the phone is still restarting itself

I have a Vivo 1920 phone and it keeps restarting whenever volume is increased , camera is opened , something high graphics game is runned it restarts with a glitch screen and btw this phone is 4 yr old

it has been a few weeks since its happening anytime suddenly, but specially when i open any camera app it restarts immediately, sometimes it stops after a few restarts but sometimes it keeps doing for half an hour or more than that at once and what happens that time is it doesn't even restart completely and show the screen instead it keeps restarting just shpwing the phone name and blank screen again and again. even right now, its been almost 2 hours it still is restartingT^T

problem statement and solution is not matching. if device is restarting how can you access the setting app. Lol

It worked yay the problem in my phone is tiktok i reset the data of tiktok it finally stopped the bootlooping

I only do is to charge my phone to prevent restart itself. If want to go outside with your phone to need have power bank charge

Every time I exit an app specifically games such as fifa mobile, open another app like RU-vid and come back to fifa my phone would show a brown screen and there's a reload button but sometimes the button won't appear and my phone would just restart on its own

Maybe before doing anything just check if your phone case is pressing power button or not... could be dirt or anything else stuck in the case😅

My phone dropped from my hand few days befor ... After that the phone restarts by it's own some times and the phones charge is draining fast and it is also becoming hot

Re-applying thermal paste inside the phone fixed the issue for me

I do factory reset then again it's happening

Thanks for sharing. but it's not working. This is the problem with hardware. My phone pixel 6 has this problem. You have to dissemble your phone check the battery and try to unplug all the ports that can be unplugged and plug it back. This way work for me. You waste your time watching all the lie tutorial. It's not true.

Hey. I have a huawei phone and it shows "erratic restart" and "restart after crash" when I scanned my device on My HUAWEI. It automatically restarts when I turn my phone off/lock my phone and it has 4 offline/idle cores.
