Looks great! I'm going to try that soon, but I'm going to use a pot on the stovetop! I have an idea that will make it better. Try using beef broth instead of water! I have a cut up pork butt roast marinading in spices and wine in the fridge as we speak! Well, as I speak! Ha! Going to make pulled pork samiches and such! Yeehaaaaaw!
