How do I transfer Hikconnect app from one phone to another and configure it on the new mobile phone? 

How can I recover the password for my Hik-Connect Hikvision DVR/NVR using the 'Forgot Password' link.I installed Hikconnect on my old mobile phone, and now I want to configure it on my new mobile phone.
