This is great! Thanks! The only thing I can't figure out is, why my animations automatically advance when presenting in Teams. The animations do not automatically advance when in presenter view outside of Teams. Any advice?
Good question basically the animations shouldn’t automatically advance. Double check the transitions in the PowerPoint file to see if they are set there
Thanks . Good and clear . One question, how do you take notes while presenting ? Say someone has a point that needs to be captured as part of feedback , how does one capture it ?
Good question - if it's pen notes that you draw on a slide you can keep your annotations. Otherwise I would use a separate note taking tool like OneNote. (Any suggestions are welcome here!)
So: For some reason when I select "Window" > "Powerpoint" and click present the attendee's can see the presenter view, if i turn presenter view off they can only see a black square? Riddle me that - Mac OSX, Office 365
Add them to the notes section under the slide. You might need to drag that section up. Type in your notes then when you presenter ensure that you have use presenter view checked. (On Slideshow Tab)
When I use presenter view with a video embedded on the slide, when I play the video it does not play for the students view. Have you encountered this problem?
Probably down to allowing others to take over the slide show there should be a button at the top that looks like an eye. Have a click on that see if it fixes the issue
I love the new presenter modes but when I view the recordings, I'm tiny! during the meeting I am normal sized and it looks great but when I watch the recording, I'm tiny! Any thoughts?
Yes tried myself weird problem. Not sure why. I think if I was planning to record the meeting and have full control over my size I would use OBS. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uPqfp29RmU0.html
