Mike! Thank you so very much for the great tutorial! I just bought 2012 Silverado 1500 LT with 120K miles (a very clean truck) but I had no clue how al the bells and whistles work -- Your "Driver Information Center" video helped a lot! I am still trying to get the COMPASS set and need to keep trying to figure the steps out? I tried to follow the owner's manual directions -- did what it said to do and it seemed to not yet be calibrated as I do not have the DIRECTION showing up above the TEMP indicator on the dash window (far right lower portion of the dash) May be it will take some patience? I was able to reset the zone (zone 8) and did the circle driving but I think I messed up somewhere -- I just think I need to keep trying?
I know how to scroll through the DIC info screen but you never showed us what button lets you change the settings-i cant get my drivers mirror to stop tilting when i’m backing up
My 2012 Sierra does not have these buttons. It also does NOT have the trip odometer button. The problem is, I have the tpms warning permanently displayed and I NEED MY MILEAGE!!! How in the world do I do this? If I seriously have to put $300 in stupid tire sensors to get my mileage back I am burning the POS
