At 10:13 when the employee drops off the jewelry and Trax asks if they come with boxes and he prefers his customers get them, it's so miniscule you wouldn't notice but It's good that he pushes his employees to remember little things for customer service and hooking up the customer not many bosses remind the employees to work on customer service, it shows how he wants the business to be run.

Cool video, as a customer you'd be better off going to a smaller vendor who doesn't have as many overhead costs, heck some of the most well-known watch sellers (Vadim) operate off their briefcases. Stop over paying for watches in big jewelry stores, you're getting ripped off everytime.

I think that opening up a store in DC, would be a really good spot for your company, I think that Washington DC is rather simular to NY, so I think it would be awsome to make a store in DC.

Roman is right about being a media company. Another thing these businesses need to think about is developing a profile and a way to sell across ALL SOCIAL. Cause they can delete your IG / RU-vid tomorrow . So you need a way to sell direct to clients . Multiple avenues. I recommend building a Facebook group , on top of your Facebook profile. Then you have your IG profile. Twitter for news’s . Tik tock and RU-vid for media and content. And discord to build your community (along with your Facebook group). Discord is completely separate and nobody can take that away from you.
