Today I started my day in Kashmir as the people of Kashmiris do. I ended my day with how every celebration in Kashmir ends - with Roth, a traditional Kashmiri dessert made out of semolina.
I would say your food is best when it is a blend of sweet, salty, crispy, and tasty and that is what the day brought to me - The sweet scenery of the Dal Lake, the saltiness of the Kashmiri chai, the crispness of the pieces of bread, and the ah-so-delicious Roth.
