How do we find missing people | ICRC Central Tracing Agency Bureau 

Since March 2022, the ICRC established a separate Bureau of its Central Tracing Agency dedicated specifically to the growing number of people separated and missing. Together with #RedCross & #RedCrescent National Societies, we have helped more than 8000 families receive information on the fate or whereabouts of their missing loved one.
In this video we share a look behind the scenes at the tools and algorithm we use to search for the lost loved ones at our Central Tracing Agency.
