It's crazy to think how hard or expensive it is to get good signal with a wireless system as a dj just from my table across a wedding reception room or to the couple at the alter. But yet every car does it so easily traveling all around in metal cages moving across a huge area.

I'm looking for a wireless mic headset but I want it dynamic. What do you suggest? Also, do you know of a mic headset that can be used as wireless or plugged in XLR? Thanks!
If they can afford it, should a singer own a set of wireless mic and receiver when taking it to sing at various venues, locally, nationally and internationally? How do celebrity singers do it? Are they always provided a wireless mic system? I ask because wouldn't there be a possibility of that microphone frequency clashing with other frequencies in the venue?
Hi I have a all in one karaoke system (RHMK666) that has 2 wireless mic connects to 2.4GHz wireless band. I don’t understand these technical terms but my microphones built in lithium battery has died. All I want is to find out can I change the batteries on the microphone if not how to choose a replacement mic. Would appreciate your advice
does the quality of wireless reciever and transmitter matter? I mean If i buy cheap transmitter and receiver but i use high quality mic, will that give better quality in cheap ?
Its always better to have a better quality radio tx and rx as that will last you longer in the long term and will give you a better noise floor. There are plenty of tv shows filmed on ok quality sennheiser g4/g3 packs using the cheapy ME2 Mic and they sound fine :)
Does a wireless collar mic require any additional equipment than the microphone itself, the beltpack transmitter and the receiver for the sound to be audible.? I mean does it require any pre-amplifier. Plus does a wireless dynamic microphone require a pre-amplifier to work?
There are several parts that are required. You would need a wireless microphone and a transmitter, then you need a receiver to receive the radio signal. Most receivers have a switch on the back so you can output line level signal (no preamp required) or mic signal (preamp required).
@@kettnercreative in addition to the microphone, transmitter and the receiver, a sound system ie, a power amplifier and a sound box/speaker is a necessity for the sound to be heard right? In case of both a cordless mic or of a lapel mic. Can you detail me regarding this.
I want to have 8 wireless mic. Can i buy 2x of a quad wireless mic? If not any suggestions. Or maybe you can make a tutorial setting up multiple wireless mic.. btw love the vid. Thanks!
@@kettnercreative Thanks for the quick response. I`m really not an expert in this kind of stuff. I`m just helping out in our Church since I`m kinda the only techy person there. So we already have existing quad wireless and want to add more that will not interrupt with the existing receiver from quad wireless. The Wireless Operating Frequency of our quad is 863MHz - 865MHz. so can i just buy something that is not the same as the operating frequency?
@@Jonfrix The cheaper the wireless system generally the fewer mics you can have setup intermod free in a given space of spectrum. The highest quality radio mic kits (analogue) will allow for over 12+ spots in an 8MHz chunk here in the uk but using something cheap and trying to get 8 spots in 2 MHz sounds like a disaster :)
