How do you deal with Regret. 

One thing I regret in my life is putting other people first too often even it's unnecessary. For the past 8 months I have been digging deep to find out how I developed this bad habit or rather bad character trait... I then started to book therapy sessions. I believe it's going to be an incredible journey.

I regret not following my dreams. I got lost in other people's dreams. I am coming out of that "trap". The problem is I lost myself and don't know who am I. I'm starting over again even though I'm old(er).

Few highlights on How to get from where you are to where you are suppose to be: -Slow yourself down -what do I need to change? -what do I need to improve on? Also, the best lessons are often the most bitter. -Have you learned those lessons so the errors made in the past will not be repeated? -Be your own Superhero. You are where you are suppose to be. Thanks! We meet the wrong people who drag us down. I look forward to meeting people who can invite me to invest with them or share opportunities with. I am sure most of us would be better off... I have given a lot of myself to help others. No regrets!

I regret wasting my degree through alcohol and partying

If we had a two-way conversation, you’d see the synchronicities in our lives. Sharing our lessons would be best part 🙏😇. I love it. My thought is, live in the end. I’ve blind faith, my current circumstances only trigger my desires. There’s a quote I once saw, “If you look at what broke your heart you’ll never heal. But if you take the lesson, you’ll succeed.” I’ve worked for two years without pay. Personally funded my business since 2016, one client at a time. When it comes to regrets, it’s betting on other people over believing in myself when I needed it the most. That’s why I respect your decision to forgo that deal to pursue your own calling. My Regret -My Son was studying B Com Accountancy -I read his Exam Paper I answered all the Question's -My Son said Ma enroll -study with me we have books we can share go to classes together -at the time as a Single Mother supporting my Family Educating my Son's I assumed I could never make it -looking back I could have completed Studies part time

Say that again bro , I came to realize that I have to fully feel whatever uncomfortable feeling until I'm over it, Bcoz fear stops us in everything accept whatever is going on until you are fine with it. I do agree 💯,been in business no earning income but decided to stick with it to minimise the regret and eliminate that thought of how things could have turned out.By doing so,I continued to learn and grow,find opportunities.yep the issue is to move to the nest level by doing hard,complex things, literally changing who you are in such a way that you are even unrecognisable to yourself.that is the change that move the needle and that is also the change that is so challenging to overcome.it is doable and achievable.
