American television is garbage like that. You can see the difference clearly when you watch the American version of his British shows. On British shows he raises concerns, discusses it with people, then makes the necessary changes, and viola. On the American version it's edited like an action movie, everyone's a donkey or knobhead, and it's made to look like if the next dish isn't cooked right another plane will hit the world trade center.
Poached Egg Soft White And Liquid Yolk So You Say That Medium Rare AkA Undercooked Egg? All Of You Brave Blame Gordon On Internet So Can You Blame Him In Front Of His Face? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Read First How Properly Creamy Scrambled Egg I Don't Think So All Of You Brave
@@juicyjokejokeyjuke1010 when I lived with my family they would always ask “do you want to make your fancy eggs for breakfast?” 😂 it was ALWAYS a hit in the house!
They’re fully cooked they’re just cooked slowly which is why they fall apart but they’re really good and it’s much better than dry ass scrambled eggs like everyone usually makes
Most of his cooking is performative, you think it's good because he says it's good. It's a bit dance and show. The best eggs are being cooked by moms the world over, every day, for free.
@@bamir1he is ALLOWED to have as much ego as he ones over us. He cooks a thousand times better than all of us combined. You are egotistical for not listening to one of the greatest chefs in the world on the other hand.
Marco Pierre White is also on video mocking Gordon’s style of constantly removing the eggs from the heat, saying it’s a waste of time and is avoided by just using lower heat.
Bruhhh. The scrambled egg needs to be cooked quickly because if not, it won't be soft and delicious, and that's the only way to do it. So what ramsay is doing is right😅
@@AMFC215can you time stamp it? I watched the whole episode only person he actually spoke when they weren't good enough was at Yachecia, and he said "not good enough, your staying down" I really find it annoying when you ppl make shit up without watching the episode...
@@hoaralonso6543 No one is making shot up. If it wasn't this episode, it was the next or so in the eliminatory round. One guy did the eggs exactly like Gordon and he almost got kicked out.
I might be uncultured, but I like my scrambled eggs cooked. Edit: I don’t like salmonella but you do you boo ♥️ Apparently I need to own a restaurant to have any sort of opinion about food. BRB gonna go buy a restaurant.
Hey dude so as someone who always thought the way you did and grew up cooking the way you likely do. I have to admit, I followed this recipe a couple years back and haven’t switched since. Basically because you take extra time, mix the butter and whisk like crazy you get this amazing texture whilst it’s still cooked and somehow it always tastes better truly. Give it a go I promise
lmfao you know nothing about food i guess they arent raw a raw egg yolk or White would be running off the bread and would be clearly visible not raw perfect
@@Euro_AT You clearly don't know food. That egg is so runny I confused it with my nose having a cold. Cooked eggs whites should never be juicy like that.
@@NightfallShadow Lmfao you're clearly the one who doesn't know food. You could eat organic eggs raw. The heat is what's killing any bacteria, not the consistency of the egg.
@@rambozo1087what are you taking about? He was making a point on how it doesn't matter if their raw or not. They will still be delicious and nutritous, you might want to read next time you think you can be in the comments
@@FightTheByte_ I‘m not even close to American and I know absolutely no person that would do scrambled eggs like this, it is indeed to raw and disgusting.
@James Cooper I tried his recipe once, and now it's the only way I make scrambled eggs. I can't get Cream Fraiche at my local store, so a little dollop of mayonnaise does just fine. Delicious!
My boss said something that stuck with me, eggs are the one food you'll eat the rest of your life in the way your mom made them for you. He's right because I love cheese omelettes where the cheese runs out and gets crispy, I love my over easy eggs with a crispy bottom, that's how my mom made em for me and I'm a chef for 20 years
@@Shiirya Can't a person have an opinion? I didn't think they looked good either. They look watery to me rather than fluffy, I'd cook them a bit longer.
@@sakurafalls2468 there is a difference between an opinion and saying shit. Eat his eggs and if you dont like it THEN you can say whatever you feel about it no matter how educated or dumb it can be
@@DaEpicTable light and fluffy puddle of eggs? That just ain't it. You cook the eggs until they actually become bouncy and pull them off before they change color to brown. When you place it on the plate, there should be wet eggs that are to temp and finish cooking on the plate, no longer wet by the time they are eaten. Dry eggs, lol
No those are cooked it's just they weren't allowed to curdle. Let me ask you, when you have fried eggs do you have your yolks runny? If so they are raw and your own logic applies to you.
@@sirdetmist3204 Good question. But I actually Fry the heck out of my eggs. Both sides to be honest. I fry all my protein until I'm sure it stopped moving 😆
@sirdetmist3204 No, he really fucked this batch up. Too runny. He doesn't even make them like that. It's good when you make them right though. He left half of it in the pan because it wasn't even cooked. He was going too fast. It's ok, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but those aren't what Gordon's eggs are supposed to be.
I made these for breakfast today and they are honestly really delicious. It's good for mornings after lots of drinking when you're feeling too lazy to make an actual meal but you still need something hearty to pick you back up.
So you drink the night before.. then proceed to make fatty creamy buttery eggs the next morning. I don’t know whether you should worry about your heart, liver or your john
@@aaaaaa-ru3tv Alcohol takes a significant amount of energy and water to fully process in your body, nice creamy, fatty, buttery eggs will recharge that energy and a glass (or 3) of water will help replenish fluids.
