Just wanna extend my thanks to you. Ive been following your videos in preparation for my sub 40 attempt. Today i finally achieved it (39:32) after 2 years of setbacks. The mental visualisation is key. Thanks for your wisdom and insight always.

Hi Coach. I recently improved my 5K PR by 10min, clocking 25min. This is after one year of running. I’m interested to get your 5K plan but not sure if I should go for 22min or 20min.

I would aim for sub 22 before moving to sub 20.. Congrats on having already run 25 minutes and dropping 10 minutes off your old PR, THAT is awesome. Keep me updated on your progress. I know you can break both of these barriers.
