How do you perform accuracy for assay in case of a tablet having multiple strengths? 

I think stock conc. should consider for accuracy study. stock conc. is not the same here. Lower strength conc. and higher strength should consider.

But for the multiple strength why not consider lower concentration of lower strength, and higher conc. of higher strength. It will covered wider range and worst case placebo preparation. Why not 50% of 20mg strength and 150% of 80 mg strength with 6400 mg of placebo weight
