The "natural" approach they have is a the result of more than a decade of careful study and hard work with brilliant teachers (who joined them on stage at this concert for several numbers). Lots of people (not saying you are doing this) think that great musicians get that way from "talent" but talent is just dedication and hard work with great guidance. These sisters have put in their "10,000 hours." That they are also clearly wonderful humans, surrounded by a team/family that are also committed to them with care and joy, makes following them a joy for us!

The Warning have worked very hard on projecting energy in their performances, because they love to feel the energy coming back from the audience. That being said I believe they where born to do this, their performances flow organically even when there is a technical problem. ❤✌🤘

Michael, it's time for you to see The Warning live. I Warn you, the bottom end of Ale and Pau is the earthquake and can carry the song alone, so when Dany lights up the guitar, it's like the next wave of the tsunami. Then the vocals will knock you over. They devastate audiences that have never heard them before. We sat beside a guy wearing a Rammstein shirt that was going on about the amazing show he saw. When The Warning finished their set as opening act, he asked my wife, "Holy shit. Who was that and how come I never heard of them? " She told him and he spent the intermission on his phone finding out about The Warning.

The Warning are the best thing to happen to rock in years. They have a great combination of old school rock sound combined with the new that is super exciting. And the best part about The Warning is that they're young and still getting better. I've personally seen them 3 times in the last year, and each time they've noticeably improved. While all three sisters are insanely charismatic, Dany is quickly turning into legit one of the best frontwomen in rock. Bands like The Warning, Liliac, and Plush (who you should check out, they're currently opening for The Warning and are phenomenal as well) seem to have the right combination of talent, song writing, youth, and charisma to hopefully lead to a true resurgence of rock.
@robertkrawitz8237
@robertkrawitz8237 Год назад
I think another important part is that they really put the fun into the music. They do take their music seriously, to be sure, but they don't take themselves too seriously and it's apparent that they're having a blast up there that they want everyone to share in.

FUN FACT: The game Rock Band 4 contains TWO original songs by The Warning. ‘Free Falling’ released in the main game and ‘Survive’ later came out in the Rivals DLC pack. No idea if others have said it on this or your previous reactions for these 2 shows, but... They went all out for this concert, and is the crown jewel for them. The managers called it "Next Level". You just watched an edited clip of video shot and produced by Amazon Film's fully manned site crew, hired for both of these 2 hour performances, at the Metropolitan Theater in the heart of Mexico City. The Audio was taken directly from the main sound mixing board, and as you can hear, the stage was well mic'ed up. The amazing Lighting show was customized for each and every song, every break, and the intro/outro. Those upper light bars going across are actually many small Monitors hung side by side, and larger ones stacked on stage. The genius behind that was Halestorms lighting engineer for the same years tour, and TW asked him to do a custom show in Mexico. IMO, that was the best light show I have seen, since Pink Floyds lives. 2 shows, 1 on Friday, the next on Monday, both sold out, both 2 hours long, sets are a little different, but crushed them both, and left the crowds in awe. This was the closest thing to seeing them live, so if anyone wants to see a studio quality live band in person, they are on tour right now in the states, and head to Europe at the end of May '23. May 12th (4 days) '23 they release a new single called "MORE".

Thanks for your honest and heartfelt reaction. It’s fun to relive my own reactions from when I first heard their music. They inspired me to buy my first concert tickets decades. Many bands struggle to make their live performances sound like their recorded music. The Warning has said in interview that their struggle has always been to have their records capture the energy of their live performances. Your comments about their stage presence resonates with me. So many bands are clearly just “trying too hard” bringing out all the cliches of rock/metal performance. Conversely, there is an air of authenticity about The Warning that draws you in. They’re not trying to be Rockstars….they just are!

I think you're ready for TW's other "Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX" videos. The Warning. There is too much talent, virtuosity, beauty, charisma, power, creativity, the desire to be, kindness, support, inspiration, synergy, etc. All of it in a small 3 piece pack (apparently only 3, because behind it there is a great family support) which is very small... But with nuclear content!! And if this were a commodity, and it could be done, I would buy all the possible stock shares of the brand on the stock market. I would do the best business, with the greatest projection and that will give me the best dividends. It's a super safe bet!! TW have a huge list of songs of the best musical and artistic level, complete and rounded, both in their lyrics and in their instrumentation. In addition, they are 3 young women who are each one of the best as human beings and have the impetus to "devour" the world. You put this combination of pure talent and energy on stage and you get: The Warning An unmissable bet!! Your next reaction to TW should be "Animosity Live at Teatro Metropólitan CDMX": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-K8VPX-diRl4.html or… "Money Live at Teatro Metropólitan CDMX": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QVFDJhsjHo0.html It's an original song like 40 others and more that they have created. And all with "TW" quality, which means: lirycs, instrumentation and performance with the highest quality exposure, because beyond the musicality emitted by the instruments, masterfully executed... Or the stupendous voices, each day more mature and better... Of the deep lyrics, inspired by his innate genius... And the paraphernalia of the "show", which achieves its goal... It's inescapable that this moves you from the depths of your emotions when you observe what the girls are doing in their performance. It's more than a pleasure to see how Pau (and her sisters) really enjoys what she does, which seems to be a game that amuses her so much that she gives herself up, contributing all her emotions and, at the same time, allows herself to be the receptacle of everything that can transmit what's happening to her. happening around you, transforming everything into a virtuous circle of unsurpassed quality. Well, surely only surmountable by themselves. And they've so much mastered what they're doing that they only have to give themselves completely, passionately (as Latinoamericans know how to do), to what they like to do best and most, in a way in which they've fun and fully enjoy it. For this and many more things TW will conquer the world of rock!! INEVITABLE Thank you for reacting again to TW, for your opinion and analysis. Greetings from Mexico. ⚡🎸🥁🎸⚡

Mike, it is not unusual for The Warning to leave you speechless and mind blown. They bring it every time. They will give 110% in every performance. Be it one fan or 60 000 fans, they will perform. Pau, once famously, said that she would prefer performing to 12 fans who enjoy their music rather than a stadium full of people that are there otherwise. Dany actually had to train her voice in this song to reach the high notes, but it is all locked in muscle memory, she says. Dany likes a challenge. When you are done reacting to these songs from Teatro, Metropolitan, then there is a must-see concert of 3 songs done at a Ted talk. There are 2. 2016 and 2017. I like the 2017 tedx show and they will chat and introduce themselves. Also they will tell you about their journey in music so far. A great 18 minute show that is a holy grail of every The Warning fan. I hope you will get the time to react to this show. If your are mind blown now. You will be considering it was 6 years ago. Glad you mentioned loving how much they obviously love, what they are doing. Paulina told at their first TedX performance in 2016 about people asking them, why they would waste their time on music, because they won't get anywhere with it. And their answer was always: Because we love it, it is our passion and we wanna do it for the rest of our lives. So thos should prove your observation. Welcome to the rabbit-hole, and there is a lot to discover. I could recommend further songs, but I won't, cause I don't know, where to stop. There is not a single song in their catalogue, that wouldn't be worth listening to. And also with their early covers you can't go wrong, but they don't define them, but only prove their dedication and passion. Subbed.

You're absolutely right about their crew. Along with their dad, they have a very tight and dedicated core team that has been together for years now with their manager Rudy, their manager, Lalo their sound guy, and Carlos who is kind of their stage manager (not sure of his official title), but he is the one who is there involved in and overseeing everything about their stage set up and even improv security guard if Dany wanders into the crowd during a show. They have always said that they always try to create a family atmosphere with their crew and it pays off big time in how their shows are presented. They have to be one of the hardest working yet most humble and respectful bands out there, and that seems to immediately get noticed and appreciated by the bands they tour with. For example during their two tours with Halestorm last year, Lzzy gifted Dany a Gibson Explorer on stage that she still plays in their live shows for certain songs despite being a PRS artist, and then Arejay Hale came out and played a song with them during their opening set for a couple of shows so that Pau could get out from behind the drums on one of the songs she sings lead on. Just 2 or 3 shows into their tour with Three Day's Grace they invited Dany to come out on stage with them to sing Painkiller. Later in the tour, Barry came out to play guitar with them during the opening set which allowed Dany to set down her guitar and really work the stage. Early this year when they opened 4 shows for the Mexico tour by Muse, they impressed them so much that they were immediately invited to come over to Europe and open a few shows for them this summer which will be a huge boost for The Warning.

After ten years of performing and practicing and writing and recording and lather, rinse, repeat... They are a tight, solid band on a mission to grab us by our ears and hold on tight. These kids, no, ladies, now, are (and have been, since 2017, frankly) The Real Deal. Their secret power is that they are siblings. They have that sixth sense of connection that helps them at every step, from lyrical perfection to composition and arrangement to practice, to recording, to performance. Throw in a summer session at Berkeley College of Music in Boston, MA, and work with producer David Bendeth on their pandemic-driven third album, Error, and you have a maturity and a cohesiveness that won't quit. I'm in awe every time I listen to any of their albums or any of the performances at Lunario or Teatro Metropolitan. Earlier today, I watched The End (Stars Always Seem to Fade) about six times. Pau hits you right between the eyes and ears and breaks you. It was raw, real, and heartbreaking. And irresistible.

I’m so excited to say that tomorrow night in Denver, Colorado at the Marquis Theater, I get to see them live in person. This will be my second year in a row that I got to see them at the venue and my second meet and greet with the sisters. Words cannot explain the excitement anticipation, and the happiness that is in my heart knowing that I will get to see them play live if you’re all there music and it’s full glory. Keep up the great work and I’ll be watching for your reactions.⚡️🤘🏽🖤🤍

🤟 Viva The Warning!!

I've been watching a lot of reaction videos to this band and your reaction is special. You're the first to make a point of how natural everything feels, sounds, and flows for our power trio. There are things that can be taught, practiced, and mastered and then there are things that come naturally. Welcome to the best rabbit hole that i have ever been into and I'm almost 50. Love that pause you made at d 4 minute part of this video. I know that feeling lol. Just had it a few days ago when I first watched The Warning's Survive video made years ago at the Tedx in Vegas. Check it out.

I really liked your brief history and music commentary in the middle. A lot of us musicians can see why they are so great but I think you made an exceptional point here: They know how much training to take and how much to figure out on their own and then how to temper that with what feels right in the body to do. There's a whole art in that as well. Like, I'm a decent classical pianist, but I'm a natural at another instrument (don't want to out myself as it's rare). You can see with The Warning that none of them are actually naturals on their instruments (well maybe Pau is), but they put in 10000 hours to become intimate with their craft, and their behaviors reflect that. There are little artifacts of all the many hours they practiced alone in how they hold their instruments and move their bodies. It's like someone who carves a bowl by rubbing a piece of wood every day for 1000 years. The end product is beyond familiar, it's an extension of self. They prioritize their composition, execution, and emotional connection and commitment to their music rather than their precision, but that is the luxury they've afforded themselves by being so technically adept through practice. In the end, it's how they've so wisely chosen to focus on the right things based on their skills and creative endeavor that sets them apart.

You are correct about everything you said. The stage crew setting up The sound tech dialing in the sound for each individual show (size and shape changes everything) The light techs being in point and at the right place The drum and guitar techs getting the perfect sound and keeping everything working flawless The musicians showing up with an attitude to give it their all even it’s only 3 people in the crowd Yes things happen (watch spinal tap) the professional knows how to solve the problem without anyone knowing or playing it off. It’s a well oiled machine and a pleasure to watch. Have fun and enjoy it. Great to see you just loving the right many of us have been there from the start. I know I have I get emotional watching because it’s like watching my own kids achieve their goals.

You’re not the only Reactor that has trouble putting into words what they are seeing/hearing/feeling when watching The Warning. The best description I have seen is…There is just Something about them. Yep. There is Just Something about them…it makes us Smile. (But, be forewarned, a few of their songs will make a grown man cry! )… Great Reaction!

Their team has a lot of family, obviously, but all the BTS stuff I've seen/heard shows how they treat their WHOLE team like family, and that attitude has led to them getting top-notch talent into their "back-of-house" crew and also good will from other bands. For example they got the lighting designer from the Halestorm tour where they were the openers to do the light show for these Teatro Metropolitan dates. Also the white Explorer Dany plays on Enter Sandman was gifted to her by Lzzy Hale... Lzzy had Gibson's Custom Shop build it with Dany's preferred neck radius, strings, etc. Lzzy gifted it onstage and Dany thought it was just to borrow for a song or two - she bubbled over with excitement at just that, and even more so after TW's set when she found out it was a gift. Wonderful ladies.

I really enjoyed your going in to elements “not textbook”. I have no doubt much has been taught but the passion to perform and the joy that comes from it is more a driving factor than anything. If you go back to early performances like their two TedX presentations Pau is unhinged on the drums. The energy level is about 20 on a scale of 1-10 and it’s enthralling. Dany has an incredible voice singing at midnight, on the floor, sharing covers for fans. There is no fear and she’ll miss a chord on her guitar or be a bit off pitch. It doesn’t matter to her…because it’s that moment to share that drives her. They are rare in that they seek connection to their fans and have shared so much of themselves with us. I’ve never experienced that to their level with any other band. The pull you in with their passion for their art. In the end, music isn’t about being technically perfect it’s about making that artistic connection with those who are experiencing it. Watch their second TedX and they speak about what drives them and it’s beautiful, inspiring and honestly refreshing.

They are amazing women. Dany has done some mini concerts and some with just 2or 3 songs. Pau has some videosof her and the piano. Dany with just her guitar. She likes Disney Movies. Dany is underrated has a guitar player but she's Amazing. Dany is 22 Pau is 20 and Ale is 17 here. There's some reels os Dany and Pau working out. Ale sings Red Hands Never Fade, River's Soul, Hunter. There interviews are amazing so are the documentary and Vlogs.

So "You've been Warned" on a few of their current songs, to get a better idea of what they're all about right from the start, you should go back in time ..watch a few documentaries, and some old covers they used to hone their skills.. Check their original "DUST TO DUST" live at lunario cdmx. The Pretender, Foo Fighters cover is a good one.. Enter Sandman when they were very young ,it has about 24 million views I think.. anyway, it's always fun watching people discover this awesome family trio..TWA🤟🎶☮️

The Warning have ALWAYS been impressive! One video that made me fall in love with them was their second Tedx talk. It’s so amazing to see how good they were six years ago and still see how much they’ve grown. Here Dany, Pau, and Ale were 17, 16, and 13 (I think) respectively. And you can see the talent oozing out of them. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eWg1Wwrm99o.html

I ❤ The Warning!!!

It's not so much that they "want to be in a band"... it's like a _calling_ for them. It's what they were born to do. It is kind of pretty much a destiny, pre-ordained by Fate. They "speak music", as a language in and of itself - and they work their butts off to do it. That's the only way I can describe them, and I'm as old, tough, and cynical as they come. 🤘🤘
